ZoominatorTM
ZoominatorTM
is an authoring tool to transform a ‘static’ database or content, such
as a photo album, enterprise application, or a website, into a zoomspaceTM,
which can be viewed on any device regardless of screen size or operating
system. A ZoomspaceTM
is created by encoding the data into ZMLTM,
the Zooming Markup Language, which specifies how the data are arranged.
ZMLTM is a light-weight,
platform-independent language. ZoominatorTM
users must first arrange the existing content into a ZoomspaceTM
template. Several standard templates are provided with the ZoominatorTM
software, which can be further customized by the user. The template is
then translated into ZMLTM,
which can then be output for various platforms, such as Flash, HTML, or
an optimized zoomspaceTM
renderer for thin PDA clients.

ZoomTopTM
ZoomTopTM
is a viewer application [overlay, skin] that acts as an alternative interface
for displaying and navigating local content on small screen devices. With
ZoomTopTM, local applications,
such as address book, email and calendar, are integrated and displayed
in zoomspaceTM, whereby
the user is able to very easily navigate and view content within each application
by panning and zooming from big picture to detailed information. For example,
with ZoomTopTM users
can have a 12-month calendar’s birds-eye view and then dive into the details
of an event on a specific day and then pan across the calendar at any level
of detail.
Zoom Media BrowserTM
Our standalone application
is ideal for viewing, organizing and launching multimedia content, including
MP3s, MPEGs, photos, games, comics, and entertainment news. The Zoomable
Media BrowserTM runs
on ANY content viewing device (PC, PDA, cell phone) and eliminates the
need for users to access content through a variety of standalone applications.
Content can be loaded from both offline and online sources and the user
can personalize the icons and/or color palette of the launcher. The browser
can also be tied to user profile settings and/or geographical location,
providing rich opportunities for delivering targeted advertising, alerts,
product recommendations and special offers to users. |
